Bison and cattle belong to the same subfamily, different genus. Just because it's "Exotic" doesnt mean it's better for the enviroment. They are more expensive to raise than cattle, they are also more expensive to "keep".

Why do cattle work so well? They've been domesticated for almost ~10,000 years.
 
Vitamins. its also yellower than usual which is funny since I've been drinking nothing but water for the past two weeks. I've only deviated from it twice by drinking tea.
