Knocking out 9 refinerys in the Gulf Coast doesn't help, but if you want to blame anyone, blame China. Their oil usage has surged over the last couple of years.
Not to mention that districts around here are suggesting that children start riding their bikes to school in lieu of the bus. That's all we need is an extra 50% from each student body doing wheelies in morning rush hour traffic.
