Obama lifts 20 year ban on US entry for those with HIV

They are not a manufacturer, but yes they are a car maker..

Like I said. Everything from the car is Australian except the engine. A few body styles have been pull from European cars once or twice, but the majority have been design and built in Australia.

there are 2 cars that beat the gumpert (horrible name) around the nurburgring and they are variations on the same car. the radical sr8. they're claiming this is a production car but obviously in the thinnest sense of the meaning. the 2 I posted came in 5th and 6th. the zonda f, and the mc12

How on earth is a Nissan GT-R almost as fast as a ZR-1?

Yeah. ZR-1. Sorry. I don't understand why Chevy keeps changing the name of their factory race car. But yeah.

The GT-R runs were done on a car that was not equipped with Traction Control and with a defeated rev limiter. The TCS makes the car gobs slower. In fact, if you (as an owner of the vehicle) attempt to bypass the TCS system on your production GT-R, you void your cars warranty.

The ZR-1 was done with a car that had no airbag system installed.

They are both amazing cars, but the rivalry bullshit doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. Especially when both companies won't actually put production cars to the test.

I used to have a Z06 and you can manually disable the TCS on those. dunno why they wouldn't give you the option on the gt-r

I wouldn't call no airbag really cheating. it can't be saving but 10 lbs of curb weight

edit: you said system. I still don't think the weight savings would be very significant

I'll find you links. There are apparently a lot of pissed off GTR owners who have snapped their axles, gone back to Nissan and get told that because they turned off their VDC (as Nissan calls it), their warranty is void. It's something like a $20,000 to 25,000 transmission. The tests were done with the VDC off.

Also, all the recorded 0-60 times advertised by Nissan were done with the VDC off. You can't replicate their award winning launches without risking mechanical failure and warranty void.

wow, what a crock. on the Z06 I had a button to turn it off right next to the shift. it didn't snap axles however so I guess that's why they granted control of it
