Cuet. Kes is cat friendly but I wouldn't trust her with one. We had a very near miss with a bird earlier today on a walk. There was a very stupid one on the pavement I didn't see that she jumped on and tried to maul and I got her in a sit, it looked like its neck had snapped but I guess it just curled its head under its body upside down because I moved it back into position and sent it on its way.
