I do like those ones. They look a little to dressy for jeans though (at least in my opinion).

Somehow I can see Erage wearing these...
Yes, but in the original post he stated he wanted them to look good with jeans and khakis.
i don't think thick soled shoes are acceptable for business casual. it depends how casual though.
you should be fine then.yeah, it's going to be business casual, heavy on the casual side. Basically I'm wearing these to my MBA program at GA Tech so I should be able to get away with thick soles.
right, looking for a shoe that I can wear to pull off business casual, but still work with jeans since I'd be wearing them in non-business settings as well.
something like these which I posted earlier: http://zapp.me/7422478
brown shoes look better with khakis and jeans imo.semi-brogue by crockett and jones, barker or any other decent shoemaker, always in black as a man shouldn't wear brown shoes.
and laces. always laces.
brown shoes look better with khakis and jeans imo.

I'm a huge fan of Doc Martins

I spend like a hundred and replace them every three years or so.
All the shoes posted so far only cut "business appropriate" if you work at Cartoon Network or CNN.com. It's funny the difference in business casual.
