My husband just got done with an appointment at the alergy specialist. He is always sneezing and stuffy and has bad allergy fits at least once a week. I thought he was allergic to dust...turns out he is allergic to cats and guinea pigs. My babies! WHY? WHY???? :confused:

tell him to stop being a pussy and suck it up. He can take allergy shots and pills. Keep your pets clean and vaccuum/dust your house on a regular basis.

I'm deathly allergic to dust, stray, hay and horses and I spend all day working on the farm. I just take pills and deal with it.
 
I think that he will just have to have an allegra everymorning for breakfast. The kittahs aren't going anywhere!

Of course I don't even think he would suggest it. He loves them too! :)

He deals ok with it....until it turns into a sinue infection. And I have to kick him out of the bed beacuse he is snoring and I can't sleep. I am mean when I don't sleep! :mad:

just to warn you, allergy shots don't start working right away. It can take a few months before your body accepts them.

The way most allergy shots work is by giving you a small dose of what you are allergic to and your body slowly learns how to fight it. Unless they have some new form of allergy shot....
