recently my work had a "town hall meeting" where they called in over 100 employee's from my branch for a half day long meeting at a hotel thingy... they had it becuase moral has been low so the whole thing was a giant bitchfest from employee's to management about the new pay raise structure, company vehicles, new wireless policies, etc...
