There is a Montana's resteraunt not too far from here that serves Bison. Burgers and steak. It's so tasty. Give me a spear, a zippo lighter, and I could eat me a herd of them.

Sounds rough, I'll bring the seasoning.

I've had those before, they're damn good.

There's a place here in Portland that used to serve ostrich burgers, they were hella good. Stopped serving them though, dunno why.

That would be the perfect combo. I really like their hamburgers but their fries are sub par.
