I know you guys aren't entirely serious (are you?) but when we were watching that movie, Knyte made some comment about wanting to be a spartan until I pointed out that if we were, both of our boys would have been dropped over the cliff, they were way to small to be considered worthy in their minds. He changed his mind after that.

Well in nature other species do not nurture the young that are ill (like humans do.) That's how evolution works, the strongest genes survive. :)

i can't believe how ridiculous it is to even try and argue. a girl i dated before had an identical mindset, glad i dodged that bullet, because she was fucking insane.

most genetic related defects in adults prevent them from giving birth anyway. most are aborted by pill very early on and reproductive aids are nearly always refused.

there are ethical issues raised here, but it would be simply unfair to the offspring in the end.

I hate the idea of Universal Healthcare. Does that make you feel better? I don't care about it because its socialism. I care about it cause the government will surely fuck it up and make it cost more.

Except it doesn't fit the 2 negative definitions of socialism. The only definition portion it fits is that it would be owned by the government.
