lol hearts

Well I'm healthy as a small horse. Ran on a treadmill for 20 minutes, did some bloodwork, and had an ultrasound on my heart. It's weird seeing your 3D heart beating on a screen nearby. You can see right into it. Also, if something happened at that precise moment the last thing you would see is your own heart stopping. Creepy.

Anyway, all valves strong and flapping normally. The cardiologist wasn't worried at all. Apparently 1/3 of men over 30 experience palpitations at some point, some stronger than others but none dangerous. Sometimes people even faint from them. Props to God for a good design.

Turns out the 10 or so sensor pads they stuck to me actually stuck. A lot. Here's me before celebrating with some cocaine and Red Bull.
