Weeding out the clueless.Well since we're playing pictionary with sentences I'm going to guess that you're working on a car.
Dale Jr doesn't need a cluch.Supposed to drive across the state for sister's doctorate commencement, hard to do without a functioning clutch.
No.Y/N for horizontal hole in bell housing (slave cylinder mounting)?
I'd have to drop the engine to get a drill in there.No.
Helicoil instead.
Right angle drill?I'd have to drop the engine to get a drill in there.
Wasn't he bragging about this car not 3 months ago?Sounds like you just need a jump.
I'm working through a gap between the subframe and body, probably can't. I've read FAT has been used to build up crankshaft keyways. Max torque is spec'd as 128ft/lb, which is way above what I need. It's only one of the bolts, out of two.Right angle drill?
Thread the tap in without drilling?
Dunno how you are gonna deal with the first gear issue, but here's the basics:

How much does the engine have to drop? You might be able to hook an engine hoist on, undo the motor mounts, and lower the engine enough to work without having to disconnect much shit.I'd have to drop the engine to get a drill in there.
Agreed. This is one of those things I'd do right, instead of hacking something up that's gonna break in the middle of nowhere.
