The entire point of Lovecraftian stories is that the monsters are supposed to be UNimaginable. Making them into figures no matter how good renders the point of that particular style of literature completely meaningless. People who buy these are obviously just playing at some kind of cool, in other words literary poseurs. It makes me sick.
