I used to be the annoying one in my office. Whenever I had no work to do and the girl who faced me was really busy, I'd ignore our shared phone ringing till she answered it and had to hand it to me. By the 3rd time she'd explode. Alternatively I'd keep humming really loudly. I once imitated the speaking clock for over an hour while she tried in vain to ignore it. Believe it or not we became good friends.

We had this one guy just up and start throwing a fit today. Full on sobbing and throwing a tantrum on the floor right in the middle of the office. Something about stricter conditions on playing games due to him not listening to the bosses, I don't know, it was a mess.

Sounds like a verbal warning situation to me.

It's not all bad, they have a few decent neighborhoods. But if you are going to end up that way, might as well just go to Surprise, it's nicer, but farther from the freeway and kind of inconvenient to get to.
