Let's see if you can be more useful than fly

set the router back to its default state. look up your router information on bellsouth's website, and that should be able to tell you the default password for your router.

writing the password down and saving it in a secure place would have been a good idea and probably prevented this problem from occuring.

Most of my users assume that means writing their password on a post it and then putting that on their monitor. Whenever I see someone do that I just change their password.
