Not the super shitty remake but that awesome classic 70's movies with Peter Sellers. Inspector Clouseau had a house man named Cato that worked for him and part of Cato's job was to surprise attack Clouseau at random times to help keep the Inspector on his toes. So Clouseau would be doing something random at home and Cato would jump out of nowhere and attack him and huge very funny fight would happen between the two. If something like the door buzzed or phone rang during the fight they'd just stop like nothing was going on and Cato would get it. It was a running gag in all the Pink Panther movies.

Could happen in a matter of a week. We have a comedy doorbell with nursery rhymes too.
