I've found that MSE will fuck games up when it's scans the program files directory. So I set it to exclude those directories and all is well. Definitely took care of my Fallout 3 crash issues under Win7.

Yeah, has nothing to do with games. About 3-5 minutes post boot, the USB bus crashes, and any USB device (KB/Mouse/Cam) fails and cannot be used. PS2 devices continue to work, so /shrug. I've got a spare MB I can swap out, and a spare set of RAM in case there is some odd mismatch or something. Just started recently and went from intermittent to consistant, and since there haven't been any new software components loaded, I can only assume it's HW related right now.
