Maybe, but looking on the website the florida sheriff sent to me, they have specific labels for people to be labeled as Predator. Most sex offenders on the list did not have this tag.
Those that did, 90% of the time, were people with multiple charges of the nature of supplying porn to an underage child, possession of porn containing an underage child, and lew and lacivious conduct with an underaged child.
Just from the glances, it seems that if you get labeled a predator, its because you took multiple actions to purposefully score yourself some underaged luvin. Stalking, grooming, and then banging a kid should very well get you a predator tag, without a doubt.
If I had kids, I'm starting to think 'this is good to know', so I can memorize that guys picture and keep my eyes open if I ever see him in the area of my children.
