The judge has aparently reviewed the pictures and missing items list i sent her with a request to hold my X in contempt of court.
Hearing is on the 16th, which is GREAT. If she didnt think she was in contempt, we wouldnt be going to court.
SOOO.. my witness ( my best friend ) has already requested the day off to testify, we'll have Video and multiple pictures for the judge as well as two other witnesses to testify.
1. The Manager of my apartment complex verifying that my X has NOT returned the mail box key ( which explains why i haven't been getting my bills, Thank you online bill pay
)
2. My lawyers assistant verifying that my X never picked up the key to the apartment ( she broke in )
My friend came with me the day i got in, and is going to verify she left it unlocked and he will testify to taking the pictures and video the judge will be reviewing.
Lets hope Karma is working my way this time huh...
