IT Krew: NIC speed/duplex settings

I need a windows tool that will display the autonegotiated speed and duplex settings for a card. My search has turned up nothing. Anyone got any ideas? Free tools preferred...

Well since you are a poopy butt and won't use PROset, did you try something like belarc or looking at the NIC driver properties in device manager(yes, I know silly question)?

I'll try this belarc thing. I was hoping that I could just get it out of WMI w/ vbscript, but apparently not.

I wasn't sure, no nic on this pc, figured it was worth a shot.
