Are you on r/pizza ? They would love to see your work. What kinda temps are you getting? I'd probably let it go a leeetle longer to try for some leoparding or throw it on broil for a sec. Personal pref so whatever.

max 250ºC, its not enough for pizza
if i use a cast iron pan and pre heat it well then i get slight leoparding and the bread even tastes better but i usually end up using the oven pan because now i have the quantity bang on for 2 of these pizzas, with almost zero waste :)
