i have, yes. When we do our own from dried that helped. When using canned ones, there are certain brands that the aqua fava they are soaking in softens the skins enough that they blend away smooth.Do you remove the chickpea skins?
Goya doesnt for example, but Market Fresh does.
Our proven recipe is based off the market fresh (red can) beans, they require the least olive oil or added aqua fava back to blend up and are teh smoothest
