While @APRIL is much better at throwing a random meal together than me, I do sometimes. And I'm lucky in that I get to do complex meals, usually from Cooks Illustrated, where they've personally made it 80-100 times with variations to find the best way to do it.

Totally agree on the mom fuck - I wish she could have got laid her last 20 years. She commented on the handsome doctor she had(one of Adi's people) about an hour before the hospital called us she had passed.
