Food The (not so) delicious food thread

Do you need it displayed on your phone via bluetooth through your "What I Ate Today" app so that it gets shared with all the corporations that own you in order to make the data valuable?
There's a lot of good data that says logging food intake helps people make healthy choices and lose weight. Then there is gamification, which has also shown to help our stupid little minds. However, if you chose to do it on pen and paper, go for it!

I don't keep track of it at all. I just try and pick a diet with a lot of cellulose so that I get full without going over on calories. Some days I'm more successful than others, according to my non-wifi, non-bluetooth scale.
