suppodly mine gets up to close to 950 degrees in self clean mode.... thatll blast your face off good if you open the door suddenly

Lock probably kicks on much lower.

mine just went in the oven a bit ago. Spatchcocked it... and then the oven door got stuck locked, so emergency measures were taken and it got deconstructed to fit in the countertop oven. Then.... as soon as i put it in the countertop oven, the door lock on the oven resolved itself.

I probably say this every year, but the CharBroil Infrared "Fryer" is the best $100 I ever spent for Thanksgiving. Cooks the turkey outside, while leaving your oven open for other shit (or to break).

Mistakenly bought Coconut Sweet Cream Coffee Creamer instead of regular stuff.

Not bad.

Doesn't curdle like almond milk does.

Also, it's good in the fridge till @APRIL. So way longer than milk.
