Not that you need it now, but you can also make some really good ground beef in the food processor.
In my experience, a meat grinder produces a more consistent grind size.

Food processor tends to give a nice combination of sinew strings and meat paste.

A good food processor makes a decent ground beef. You can get sinew strings and meat paste from a grinder too, which is why it’s important to keep everything cold.
 
i grilled chicken.. i kinda felt i dint cook it long enough but i was like meh its fine
i had some and a little part close to the bone was undercooked
but i was like meh
so im prob gonna get salmonella food poisoning
