Like I said above, I've been investing in porn and drugs. When I'm ready, I'll liquidate and move into the real estate market :fly:
 
On any given day the FT will have all the knowledge you'll need for that day. Regardless of it being public or not, the FT is a market mover. They also have quite a few books on the topic of indicies, how to spot investments etc. Check amazon.
 
Real Estate is only good if you know what you're doing. There are fools here buying land on mortgages for 200,000 quid, the final repayable is about 270k. If they sell the land on for 230k they believe that they have made a profit.

It's knowing when and where. The everyday jackass who has more mortgages than dinners is whats creating the bubble.
