Might wanna make sure the owner hasnt already taken advantage of this program. If theyre asking for the tvs serial number, it may have already been used.

Hi Michael,

I had to send the serial number sticker back to Sony as part of a replacement deal. However, I'm sure I still have the number in my records somewhere, and I'll be happy to look it up for you. I don't have a picture of the issue with the blue dots, but I can tell you that it's very pronounced. I'd estimate that between a quarter and a third of the total picture area is covered with the dots.

If you have any other questions, just let me know. If you'd like to come pick it up, I'll be available in the morning tomorrow and most of the day on Saturday.
