This is very true.

One night I was there after getting back from Tallahassee (had to get dog food or something,) saw a chick wearing an ankle tracker with one short fat redneck on one arm, and a tall skinny one on the other, all of 'em drunk as shit. She was yelling and screaming at the manager and someone else, saying she was going to kick their asses, etc etc. As they were trying to leave the cops showed up and she tried to goad the guys into being stupid.

It was pretty good.
