GAY I'm moving from a 1350 sqft condo to a 600 sqft backhouse

That's right. I'm moving with the wife to a place that's half the size that we currently live in. We realized how much of the house we actually use, which is realistically about 600 sqft. We'll have a living room / dining room / kitchen combo room, a bedroom and a bathroom. That's basically it. The back yard is pretty fucking sweet though. An LED tv and a bar with lots of alcohol and a couch to relax and all that shit. It's going to shave off about $800 total from our rent. So we'll be able to pretty much do anything we want while having a place to eat, sleep and shit.

Also, the amount of money we're making back on the shit we bought that we won't need anymore is astounding.

Boise will be a great investment opportunity thing. Between the two of us, we should be able to buy a relatively inexpensive house there and pay off a 7 yr fixed mortgage in no time. And housing prices there are expected to climb significantly in the next 10 years as millenials leave the cities and head towards areas that are more inline with their values. Community, practicality, affordability and general happiness.
