Replacing the wall sills, I was going to make a thread about it but it's been delayed cause of the snow. Jack up the wall, cut out the old sill, slide in a new one, tapcon it to the slab.

We got 8 inches of snow, 3 inches of ice, then another 2 inches. It's snowing again so we'll probably get another 2 inches.
