Check out the site and see if you could use it. I would imagine if you could set it up in court with a vid camera on the lawyer presenting or the person on the stand while the "data" window is whatever the lawyer is presenting, that would be nice. You could have an archive copy of what was said available for burning immediately after the lawyer sits down.
