The human weapons are simple point and click. There isn't any spread pattern or timing to memorize. It's the s on versus that take time to master.
Specifically the Hunter (on L4D1 anyway). Takes some time to master, but a total team destroyer.

I think a Smoker/Spitter combo is going to be a favorite. I can tell already that one of my pet peeves is going to be people who waste the Spitter by itself instead of using it to support one of the others.
I'm not sure how useful the Jockey is going to be yet. I was playing on Expert last night and he seemed more like an annoyance than anything else.
he should also be good with a boomer, since you wouldn't be able to defend yourself. but yes, im not really sure what they have planned. walking off buildings perhaps?

Sort of. It jumps on people's heads/shoulders and then steers them around or something. It doesn't seem all that dangerous or useful from what I've seen so far.
