People and their culture are always the problem. As soon as it became acceptable for private industry to essentially lobby individuals within the military to support their project/idea/cause it started going downhill.

I blame jews, the air force, and bill clinton. :fly:

But seriously, it's not the entire problem, just the root. Things are never as simple as just ONE problem with ONE solution.

and don't forget how a chunk of that 200 million is used for personal shit that government employee wanted but didn't get for christmas last year: like maybe a new fridge, or a set of tools, or maybe even a car. I've seen some government employees buy all sorts of shit on the contract dime - it's insane, and it's our tax money
