Sounds like the gun range is doing everything they can to accomodate the home owners. Obviously, if they were unsafe or wreckless in how they run their place the homeowners would have a right to make a stink.
Reminds me of how people bitched and moaned near where I used to live about the lights on at the softball field complex behind their houses. Well, duh, the softball fields were there before you moved in. And so were the lights.
Where has common sense and personal responsibility gone?
