i'm not overly tall, what does "jiggly" mean?

by "not overly tall" i mean i'm kinda short.. not even 5'8 :(
 
Someone post what pics we have of me.. i dont htink we have any that aren't chopped..and the ones from the atlanta meet are pretty old.
