I ran CHKDSK and now everything is slow

I sys restored to like amonth ago and ow everything is fine. I seriously do not know what chkdsk did. I'm guessing it corrupted something but jesus. Im buying my own fucking computer.

I understood the first part, not the second. You mean hardware profile? o_O

user profile.

It's common for the user profile to become corrupt. This will cause very slow login times. if you add a new user account and login to it and it is much faster, that is probably your problem. Another thing you could try is to set a DNS server and not automatically get the it.
