I saw a really bright meteor last night. There was a meteor shower on the solstice.

Edit, looked up visible planets in India (It only had Delhi and have no idea where you are)

Visible night of Dec 21 – Dec 22, 2016

Mercury: Until Wed 6:34 pm

Venus: Until Wed 8:57 pm

Mars: Until Wed 10:11 pm

Jupiter: From Thu 1:45 am

Saturn: From Thu 6:23 am

Uranus: Until Thu 1:54 am

Neptune: Until Wed 10:47 pm
