Halp I got my lab results, OH SHEET!

Yay for good blood results... well other than the cholesterol.

Some of it is just hereditary. I have mine right around 200 but my good cholesterol is right around 70 which means I will always have a higher combined number yet be insanely healthy in that regard.

Less eating out, more fruits & fiber, more fish, more exercise, have one or two drinks a day, eat some nuts and I think that's what they usually suggest. I know I have good cholesterol but I learned a few things to help keep family members healthier w/o taking drugs.
