It really doesn't matter what it is .. just moving it a alot for an extended period of time will make it ache. It hurts in the bend, and the top of the cap. It sucks .. I just try to not do much on it lol. I do more machine and weight exercises and situps. (when I do anything .. which I haven't all winter )
It's okay, I can't run either. My knees hate me. Try out a yoga ball, even tho I haven't used it in over a month... they are lots of fun.
