Ever hear the story about the terminally obese man that had to be basically rolled onto a gurney during an emergency call to his house?
The EMTs got him down to the ambulance and as one was talking to the guy, the one outside noticed his foot had been turned around on his ankle. He goes to see if there's anything wrong and puts his hand on the ankle and tries to turn it, then the foot comes off in his hands.
