Downtown Dallas has a lot of renovations going on. Old timey bank buildings and such are being turned into luxury lofts and new, contemporary office spaces, and I'd like to get in on the ground floor of that, no pun intended.

Are any of UF's members filthy rich real estate developers or investors?

Um, my step-dad is...........but we don't want to ask him. :fly:

Best bet would be getting investors. Of course you probably have no background in this so... It's normally a quite a risk.

Although, you can get 9000 acres of Nevada for only a few mil and hold on to it until California slides into the ocean.

Instant billionaire.

you could start your own town too! Los Angeles, Nevada...even name all the streets the same...when the real one disappears, you're sitting pretty
