I was bored and was trying to think how much pee must travel out of my building every day, but need some averages.
I figure an average pee would be maybe half a pint?

At least 3 times a day at work and at least a pint. 1/2 pint is only 1 cup and I could fill that up long before "the shake".
I've been trying to drink a lot more water lately becuase I don't think I was drinking enough fluids and it's been going right through me.

Way more than 5, probably like 10 times a day.
I drink over a gallon of water a day at work though, plus coffee.

I wasn't drinking nowhere near a gallon before is why I've been forcing myself to drink more. I read some study how too many people stay in a constant state of semi-dehydration and it's just extra stress on their bodies.

I drink 2 litres a day, which is pretty much a gallon but I don't think I go 10x a day.

about 3, but i pretend to go a 4th time just to walk around. my office has no windows so i go find one to look out.
