I just cut off the top bit of the plastic and suck on it for a while, occasionally taking a bite out of it. When all the icy stuff is gone, i suck the remaining juice out.

Here's another vote for the 'worst method ever'.

The best part is about halfway through the pop when you have the melt pooled at the bottom of the plastic. You suck the juice at the bottom through the ice at the top and it's like freebasing pure sugar at that point.
