Probably, don't know if they can do that in first now.

They didn't a few years back when I last looked, they probably can though knowing how those things progress.

Litre sportbikes typically can hit 100 in first with stock gearing.

Erm, the modern Triumphs are perfectly fine.

Honda's, while generally good quality are definitely NOT without their issues, read the boards for the specific bikes.

And actually, so are Harley's. All joking aside, the modern Harley engines are generally easily capable of 200,000 miles or more with minimal maintenance. That's BMW and Moto Guzzi territory.

Oh, and Harley's don't need valve checks.
