mulled cider is yummy. I make mine like:

Pour spiced rum in to a crock pot with unfiltered cider. About a 3:1 ratio of cider to rum. Throw a bunch of cinnamon sticks in there and an orange that is covered in whole cloves. cover and wait 2-3 hours. yummilicious!
