How soft are they once you're done (before firing obvs)?
Obviously right after I throw super soft. You let them dry to what’s called leather hard and do any final trimming, then they dry to bone dry before firing. At bone dry they are hard. You aren’t changing the shape. You can carve then still and recycle the clay completely by dunking it in water and then mushing it up and drying it out some.

After it’s bone dry you’ll fire it the first time and at that point it is what it is and you can’t change it or recycle it. Then you add glaze and fire it a second time to the final temp which makes it water tight and finished.

thats awesome.
They have laser cutters, 3d printers, sewing machines, large format printers, heat presses, sublimation, a full wood shop and metal shop. They also offer rentable workspace and help with business and incubating ideas. It really is an amazing resource for this area.

It was literally the first thing I noticed when I opened the box.
Ordering from amazon is a game of risk management
Yeah it is. One night, I watched the delivery guy throwing around my Alice Cooper album while sorting boxes.
Old vinyl is fragile enough.
