Johnson and Johnson is recalling tons of kids medicine, such as tylenol and motrin for kids.

Info here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010_Johnson_&_Johnson_children's_product_recall

the complete list of recalled products is here:

http://www.mcneilproductrecall.com/page.jhtml?id=/include/new_recall.inc

check you cupboards for this stuff please!

There are no associated deaths or anything, but it seems their quality control was out of whack for a while, and there's potential for overdosage. Better safe than sorry, especially when it comes to kids.

True, but they could have tried to cover it up. Props to them for being a little bit proactive at least before anyone died. As sad as it is to say that, I'm not sure a lot of companies would take the hit.

From and business and moral standpoint, it's better to take this hit than the one that would follow infant deaths.

I'm not completely sure about the Toyota recall..

Non of these problems were reported in other countries, and Americans are absolutely retarded drivers..

Yup.

Someone also mentioned that GM had an issue with the floor mats getting stuck under the accelerator ages ago, and there was never any huge outcry about it.
