So we are possibly in the process of buying a house. There are 2 floor plans that we are looking at (I'll post pictures below). They are basically the same price and size. So we like both of them, for different reasons. I'm just curious to see what you guys think.
We will find out for sure the end of the month if we get one of the properties or not. There are 4 properties being released and unfortunatly we are #14 on their waiting list. However, out of those 4 being released, and the list- quite a few want the model home (which is already built). The way it works is we have to be there the end of June with the down payment if our name is drawn. Some people who are on the waiting list are out of state and (we are hoping at least) that some just wont be able to come up with the downpayment. So although we are #14, our chances are hopefully a bit better.
