Oh yes...
April meltdown about puppy breeders in 3.....2......
So you get a female cat, clean the litterbox once every 3 days, and that takes care of that.
How come you're not going for a Great Dane Liam? They're awesome dogs. As are boxers.
Ohhhhh, I have charms, and he did NOT say we couldn't get one, just that they hate the smell they potential might leave and are nervous about them.
that dog liamz has picked out is horrid. its big and it slobbers and a great dane? jesus christ! juli have fun cleaning up after that monster dog.
it drools puddles of nastiness.
Whatever happened to the link I gave you a month ago with one here?

This is the first time I have ever heard someone not mind dogs but have issues with cats (from a landlord standpoiint)
Can you link me again? I think it got lost in the fly trap.
If I were a landlord I would allow dogs but not cats. Cat smells are very hard to get rid of.
Urine is urine no matter the animal.
And cats are very clean in general.
all pets stink a joint up pretty much.
liam, just get this. very low maintenance and it will probably still keep robbers at bay because they aren't known for their intelligence.

Cat urine is much worse.. Much much worse!
I've really decided it's just what people are more sensitive to. I'm much more sensitive to the everyday smell of a dog from the oils they secrete then I am to the smell of a litter box if it isn't cleaned. Obviously if you have a cat that pees in your house outside of its toilet you have a problem, but if you have a dog that pees in the house you have a problem too. Pets have smells.
