Even when I've been in my best physical shape I've always had borderline high blood pressure. At times when i haven't been in the greatest shape and it crept higher I've had doctors try to put me on medication for it and i refused. Had my yearly physical today. After a few months of being alcohol free I now have perfect blood pressure. Wow!
